Group 1 : 8.30am-9am
Group 2-3 : 9am-9.30am
Group 4-5 : 9.45am-10.30am
Squad: Tuesday 5pm-6.30pm
Wednesday 7am-8am & 5pm-6.30pm
Friday 7am-8am, Saturday 7am-8am
Racing: Monday 7pm-8pm
(Check-in from 6.30pm)
